After your order is successful, and payment is complete – no cancellation of the goods. In the case of order cancellation, the payment can not be refunded
Shipping
For shipment to destination we usually use DHL, because it has proven to be very satisfying, before sending we will prepare a Quarantine Certificate /Phytosanitary Certificate as proof that our products are healthy for consumption. For the time being, our system has not been able auto calculation of shipping cost to any destination country. so we have to get info from DHL for the shipping cost. After getting shipping cost info, we will send an invoice to you including a link for the payment process via bank transfer or credit card
Domestic shipping cost via JNE from Bali to any destination city in Indonesia we charge flat rate USD 3.00 per item product
Shipping cost from Bali to any destination city in USA we charge flat rate as below:
from 50 gram to 250 gram : USD 44.34
500 gram : USD 57.50
1,000 gram : USD 92.59
Shipping cost from Bali to any destination city in France we charge flat rate as below:
from 50 gram to 250 gram : USD 53.99
500 gram : USD 69.09
1,000 gram : USD 101.48
Above cost included Quarantine Certificate /Phytosanitary Certificate per shipment, Excluded: Export Document, Certificate of Origin
Payment System
Direct transfer of funds (T/T) into our bank account: Will provide our bank detail after confirmation of the order.
Credit card: Visa or Mastercard, upon confirmation of your order we will email you Invoice with the link of payment
Payment via Credit Card will be charged 3.0% of the total invoice
Payment via Credit Card, we will use IDR currency based on the latest bank rates
