A deposit or payment of either 50% or 100% of the total cost is required to ensure your order is confirmed and also to bind the price, as vanilla bean prices change very quickly. |

If your order is unavailable, we will let you know or we will help you to check the stock from our partner, we can act as your purchasing agent or mediator. |

In proforma invoice that we sent contain complete with shipping cost as your request and cost of document and others |

We advise you to view and check directly the items you want to buy. We can pick you up from the airport and accompany you to the location of the goods that have been prepared so you are satisfied to shop before order confirmation. |

Once the confirmation order and Proforma Invoice are correct, we will request a full payment transfer to our bank account as mentioned in the invoice. Please send the swift copy in order to check into our bank account |

Once your payment reaches our bank account, we will prepare the shipping documentation. Once everything is ready we will ship the items to you and we will notify AWB or the complete documentation of the shipment |
